Is the DN-W4Z PRO compatible with standard CAD/CAM design software?
The DN-W4Z PRO uses an open architecture that accepts STL files from any intraoral or desktop scanner on the market. Data can be transferred to the machine via USB or direct Wi-Fi connection.

Does wet cutting require a dedicated water supply or drainage line?
No dedicated plumbing is required. The machine uses a self-contained recirculating water tank. Add 250 ml of grinding solution mixed with tap water to the standard fill line before use. Replace the grinding fluid every 5–7 days or every 30–50 units processed. The water tank must be placed directly beneath the machine with a height difference of at least 50 cm; the return pipe must remain straight and unobstructed.

Can the DN-W4Z PRO mill pre-crystallized and fully crystallized lithium disilicate?
Yes. Supported materials include feldspar glass ceramics, lithium-based ceramics, composite materials, and PMMA.

What warranty and after-sales support does GlobalDentex provide?
The DN-W4Z PRO carries a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, with free after-sales service during the warranty period. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized parts, or non-GlobalDentex repairs is not covered. Paid maintenance service is available after the warranty period expires.

What power supply does the DN-W4Z PRO require?
220 V / 50–60 Hz single-phase. Note: the machine is 220 V only; a 110 V version is not available.
